Kate is the Director of GIM Food Recruitment; she is a highly experienced Recruitment Consultant with over 12 years experience within the food and finance industry.

Kate is renowned for her high morals and ethical approach to recruitment, which has resulted in her ultimate success. Kate strengthens the team with her strong ability to build long term business relationships and her sheer passion for recruitment and the food industry rubs off on the rest of the team!

Chloe Brassey

Chloe has always specialised within the food and fresh produce market and can demonstrate a track record of achievement.

Chloe is a Business Studies graduate who has benefited from an intense coaching program with one of the UK’s most renowned recruitment training professionals.  Chloe is knowledgeable, approachable and also a determined character passionate about GIM Food and its continued success.

Rachel Carter

Rachel originates from North London where she trained as a nurse before realising that recruitment was the place for her! After working her way up the ladder and dealing with the fast pace challenges of temp recruiting within the food manufacturing industry  we can confidently tell you she is a demon recruiter!

She is passionate about recruitment and thrives to help both her clients and candidates. Her great sense of humour, calm approach and the fact she is always bursting with positive energy makes her a superb consultant.
